Summer Camp 2026!!
Join Little Characters this summer at any of our FIVE fun filled camps and our brand new Fun Mondays!
This year, we’re offering a broad variety of subjects all over the Athens vicinity! Camps are divided by age range for kids age 4-17, so you’re bound to find something just right for your Little Character. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at registration to hold your spot, and additional camp payment is due the week before the first day of camp!
Don’t want to commit to a full week? Drop your kids off at our HQ on Broad St. for Fun Mondays with CC! From 1-5pm, students will discover the best parts of theater through weekly themes. Must register by noon the Sunday before!

All of our camps offer a deep enrichment model of 8 campers to 1 counselor to ensure campers grow deep in knowledge, and even deeper in connection to their peers and teachers. We do everything we can to cater to the specific needs of all of our families, and rich communication is key to our program. Please let us know if you are interested in scholarships or have a camper with specific needs we can help meet! We are also happy to offer a sibling discount - just ask!
June
June 1-5: Acting and Improv Extravaganza
Time: 9AM-1PM Grades: PreK-5th Cost: $250
Location: LC HQ - 1635 W. Broad St. Athens, GA 30606
Got a kid with a wild imagination who is ready to take on the stage? Sign them up for a week of games and activities centered around both scripted and unscripted fun! The week will be packed full of laughter and learning as we discover voice and movement, explore emotions, and portray characters old and new! There will be a show open to the public on the last day of camp at 12:15.
June 8-10: Produce a Show Camp
Time: 9AM-1PM Grades: 1-5 Cost: $275
Location: Marigold Auditorium in Winterville
This five day intensive camp will focus on writing and producing our own performance! We will spend the first day brainstorming, improv-ing and writing our show, and spend the rest of the week rehearsing, putting together set pieces, costumes and props - and all that jazz - all leading up to a performance for parents and friends at 12:30 on Friday!
June Fun Mondays
Time: 1PM - 5PM Grades: Ages 5+ Cost: $50 a day
Location: LC HQ - 1635 W. Broad St. Athens, GA 30606
Let us entertain your kids for an afternoon while you start your week with some alone time! Drop your kids off at our HQ on Broad St. for Fun Mondays! From 1-5pm, students will discover the best parts of theater through weekly themes. Don’t worry big kids, we’ll split you into a different group. ;) Must register by noon the Sunday before!

July 13-17: All Things Theater!
Time: 9AM-12PM Grades: Kinder - 4th Cost: $205
Location: Athens Academy
Step into the spotlight and discover the magic of theater! This exciting week of camp invites young performers to explore acting through both scripted scenes and improv! Beyond the stage, campers will also experience the behind-the-scenes process— learning about costumes, props, and everything it takes to bring a production to life from start to finish. Filled with creativity, collaboration, and plenty of laughter, the week will culminate in a special performance for family and friends on the final day of camp at 12:15, where campers will proudly showcase all they’ve created together.

July 27-31: Geode Acting Intensive
Time: 1PM-5PM Grades: 6-12 Cost: $250
Location: LC HQ - 1635 W. Broad St. Athens, GA 30606
For when you’re still a character, but not so little, we welcome you to Geode. Got a preteen or teen with a wild imagination and a knack for comedic timing? Sign them up for a fun week of games, exercises and learning to create awesome scenes with All About Improv camp! We will challenge our older improvisors with games all around rhymes, word association, scene structure and OF COURSE - Puns! The week will be packed full of laughter and trust exercises as we learn how to find the funny while working as a team! There will be a show open to the public on the last day of camp at 4:30!
